Partner terms
What each side is agreeing to. Short, because a partner arrangement that needs length to be fair is not fair.
WHAT YOU DO
You introduce businesses to BizStats.AI products, and where you are certified, you deploy and support them. You represent the products accurately — you may use our published materials and figures, and you may not invent your own claims about results, pricing or capabilities.
You are an independent business. You are not our employee, agent or representative, you set your own hours and methods, and you may not sign anything or make commitments on our behalf.
WHAT WE PAY
5% of the subscription revenue we actually collect from a customer you introduced, every month, for as long as that customer keeps paying. Paid monthly in arrears on collected revenue, not on invoices raised.
Implementation, consulting and support work you bill the customer for directly is entirely yours. We take no share of it and set no rates for it.
If a customer cancels, commission stops from that point. We do not claw back commission already paid on months we collected.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not charge you to join, to train, to be certified, or to stay. We do not sell you inventory, leads, territories or ranks, and there is no payment of any kind for introducing other partners — no downline exists and none will be created.
We do not grant exclusive territories. Anyone may work anywhere they can lawfully do business.
ENDING IT
Either side may end the arrangement at any time, in writing, with no penalty. Commission stops when the arrangement ends, because it is paid for an ongoing relationship rather than as a one-off finder’s fee. Customers you introduced remain our customers and continue to be supported.
We may end it immediately if a partner misrepresents the products, breaches a customer’s confidence, or acts unlawfully.
